Hoists
ABUS Electric Wire Rope Hoists
ABUS electric wire rope hoists are the main product offered by Onvalla Co., Ltd. ABUS electric wire rope hoists are imported from Germany and manufactured with advanced technologies, which increases product reliability and durability.
ABUS electric wire rope hoists are highly preferred for lifting and can be used with regular industries. ABUS electric wire rope hoists have a unique feature in that wires are lined in the drug without being crossing. The Company offers electric wire rope hoists that are hung and operated on double girders with a lifting capacity of 1-500 tons.
ABUS Electric Chain Hoists
ABUS electric chain hoists are another product that uses chains to compensate weight. ABUS electric chain hoists use an electrical system to control. ABUS electric chain hoists have an advantage enabling customers to increase and reduce length (change chains). Another property of chain hoists is low headroom allowing accurate lifting and low maintenance. However, ABUS electric chain hoists have lower resistance to damage when compared to electric wire rope hoists. ABUS electric chain hoists can lift 4 tons of weight at most.
Cranes
Cranes can be divided by type of structure and use into many types depending on uses, areas and customer needs. Onvalla Co., ltd. has experienced teams of expert engineers who can design cranes to be suitable for customer use. Cranes can be divided into the following types
Onvalla Co., Ltd. applies DIN standards from Germany when designing girders. In girder manufacturing, QA and QC is performed in every step in compliance with Onvalla Co., Ltd.’s standards. Onvalla Co., Ltd. has ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 45001/2018 certificates. Onvalla has teams with expertise in designing cranes to suit each customer’s use. Structure calculations give primary consideration to user safety in order to create maximum satisfaction and confidence in using cranes.
Overhead Cranes with a Single Girder
This type of crane is widely used at industrial factories including large and small factories. This crane is suitable for work with low loads. This crane has a recommended load of 0.5-20 tons and a working width of 4-40 meters. Lifting height is dependent on each customer’s needs. Lifting direction control systems can be a double speed system with 2 speeds consisting of slow and fast speeds in the same direction and an inverter system which uses electricity to make direction control and movements smooth. Control system selection is dependent on customer needs.
Overhead Cranes with Double Girders
This type of crane is mostly preferred for heavy industries that need support for heavy loads such as rolled steel warehouses, automobile parts assembling factories and power plants, etc. With heavy loads, an added girder is necessary to support loads as a double girder. Overhead cranes with double girders have an appropriate lifting weight of 2-500 tons and a working width of 10-50 meters. Working height is dependent on site limits and needs of each customer. Onvalla Company Limited has teams with expertise in designing cranes to be suitable for use by each customer and in calculating working structure with primary consideration given to user safety.
Underhung Overhead Cranes
How is the rail attached to the ceiling? The crane runs below the cranes rail and the girder for extended movement is hung with the crane’s rail. Underhung overhead cranes can be designed to have a single girder and double girders. This type of cranes is suitable for use with industrial factory buildings that need full use of space and the widest space possible such as large aircraft repair hangers, etc.
Single Girder Gantry Cranes
This type of crane is suitable for installation in a wide open space under a factory room with no post structure preparation for overhead cranes. Single girder gantry cranes must be installed on factory floors and have the same characteristics as single girder overhead cranes suitable for industries with low loads. Single girder gantry cranes have a lifting capacity of 1-20 tons and an appropriate working width of 6-40 meters. Onvalla Company Limited has teams with expertise in designing cranes to be suitable for use by each customer and in calculating working structure with primary consideration given to user safety.
Double Girder Gantry Cranes
Double girder gantry cranes are suitable for installation on an open space under a factory roof in factories without post structure preparations for overhead cranes. Double girder gantry cranes have the same model characteristics as a gantry crane but with double girders to increase load capacity to be more than the single girder model. Double girder gantry cranes have a working width of 10-50 meters and can lift 2-500 tons of weight.
Single Girder Semi-gantry Cranes
Single girder semi-gantry cranes are suitable for use in factory areas. Upper rails are installed on posts at the side of the factory building or installed under a roof while lower rails are installed on the ground floor of the factory building. Users can design factory cranes to have 2 levels. In general, single girder semi-gantry cranes have a working width of 6-40 meters and have a lifting capacity of 1-500 tons.
Double Girder Semi-gantry Cranes
Double girder semi-gantry cranes are suitable for installation in an open space or indoors in a factory building and have the same properties as overhead cranes and single girder semi-gantry cranes. In cases where there is need for a double girder design because users need increased material and product lifting efficiency and a wider working space, double girder semi-gantry cranes are suitable for industries that do not need heavy lift capacity. Double girder semi-gantry cranes have a working width of 10-50 meters and a lifting capacity of 2-500 tons.
Jib Cranes
Jib cranes are suitable for lifting materials or products in specific areas around the radius of the crane’s jib 20 meters SPW 20 Ton. However, jib cranes have limitations from the jib’s radius being dependent on the walls of the customer’s site.
Wall Jib Cranes
Wall jib cranes are suitable for lifting materials or items in the area around the radius of the wall jib crane. Wall jib cranes are similar to jib cranes with a difference in using the factory building’s post to hold the structure to allow the jib to rotate. However, the jib’s turning radius is dependent on the wall of the customer’s site.
Wall Cranes with Lifting Arms
Wall cranes with lifting arms are suitable for lifting materials or products along the length of the factory building’s side wall. Wall cranes with lifting arms have 3 legs and 6 wheels on double rails. The entire crane leg set is installed on double rails on posts by factory walls and the crane girder set extends freely to lift materials or products. Wall cranes with lifting arms are used to lift materials along the building’s side similar to tall semi-gantry cranes with more convenience.
Monorail Cranes
Hoists are installed and moved on a monorail installed based on production process structure conditions. The rail is a mono rail that can be designed to be straight or curved according to work area conditions. Hoists can move forwards, backwards or enter curves. Monorail cranes are used for lifting weights of 0.5-20 tons. With this design, monorail cranes can work in four directions consisting of forwards, backwards, up and down.
In the area of designs to fit use, Onvalla Company Limited has teams of experts to provide consultation and recommendations for customers ultimate benefit.
