Customer Requirement
The customer required the relocation of existing Gantry Cranes to support the lifting and handling of industrial machinery, particularly drilling equipment.
The project required a crane solution that could accommodate the specified lifting capacity, working area, and lifting distance while maintaining safe and efficient operation within the factory.
Key Operating Requirements
- Maximum lifting capacity: 25 tons
- Approximate transverse working area: 11 meters
- Approximate longitudinal working area: 33 meters
- Approximate lifting distance: 30 meters
- Load testing and issuance of Por Jor. 1 (ปจ.1) documentation in accordance with applicable legal requirements

For this project, ONVALLA successfully relocated and installed two sets of ABUS Double Girder Gantry Cranes with a lifting capacity of 25 tons each, designed to support the customer’s machinery lifting and handling requirements.
The project was planned based on the actual site conditions, working area, lifting requirements, and operational requirements. Our experienced engineering and installation teams coordinated each stage of the project to ensure safe and efficient crane operation.
Testing & Certification
Following installation, ONVALLA conducted a Load Test to verify the crane’s operational readiness and safety before handover.
The required Por Jor. 1 (ปจ.1) documentation was also prepared in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Our experienced crane installation team ensured that the project was carried out systematically and safely, from installation through testing and final delivery.

The customer received a complete 25-ton ABUS Double Girder Gantry Crane solution, comprising two sets, relocated and installed to suit the factory’s operational requirements.
